Japanese Kume Group plans to invest in a waste-to-organic fertilizer plant in Hung Yen.
The plant is expected to support the northern province dealing with waste problem and improving environmental protection. Japanese Kume Group will work with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) to construct the plant.
Accordingly, a pilot plant will be constructed to solve and classify waste, then turn the waste to organic fertilizer. At the same time, a guidance will be given to local authority on how to classify the waste. If success, a huge plant will be constructed after that.
Kume Group also may support in researching the waste releasing situation in the locality and waste gathering for the plant. According to local authority, the province will create good conditions for its implementation in land use, clean water, infrastructure and power supply.
